As an homage to SomethingAwful and to support this community, NoctuWriMo charges "10 bux" to join. This is to make it harder for bots and trolls to join. If a troll does show up, at least the Webmistress of Misrule gets paid extra to deal with the annoyance-- back in the day, some people did get booted and then re-join. Please use basic netiquette if you don't want to pay extra fees.
